GCI-Company Cycle30 Provides Billing Services for Telecom, Cable and Utility Operators

SEATTLE, May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cycle30, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of GCI (Nasdaq: GNCMA), today announced it would provide hosted billing services for telecommunications, cable and utility providers. The services include all major billing, ordering, provisioning, mediation and revenue assurance functions needed by mid-tier telecom, cable and utility operators in North America.

"Finally, mid-tier operators will have a viable option for completely outsourcing their back-office operations," said Jim Dunlap, Cycle30 president. "Cycle30's proven world-class billing platform is ideal for these operators. We believe there is a great market demand for this platform as a hosted service."

The parent company, GCI, has benefitted from Cycle30's billing platform as an in-house solution for more than a decade. GCI is a pioneer in converged, bundled communications services for consumer, commercial and carrier customers in Alaska. North America operators will now have an opportunity to take advantage of GCI's substantial capital investment in the platform.

Beyond billing, the Cycle30 platform supports the entire revenue process, from customer order through provisioning, billing, invoicing, collections and revenue assurance.

"Our experience running this platform on the operator side lets us provide an entirely new approach for mid-tier operators," said Dunlap. "Our platform and back-office experience allows business partners to concentrate on attracting and retaining customers while not being concerned with the revenue process. We're excited to introduce these new services next month at the Billing & OSS World Conference next month," said Dunlap.

Cycle30 will appear June 9 – 11 at the Billing & OSS World Conference and Expo, a conference for the business and operations software industry, at the Gaylord National Resort and Conference Center in Washington, D.C.
